FAQ

Are your Translators and Translations Certified?

The professional translators we work with are members of American Translators Association (ATA), Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), United States Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators, Societe Francaise des Traducteurs, International Trademark Association (INTA), American Intellectual Property Association (AIPLA). Translations can be certified upon request at no additional charge.

What Makes Us Special in the Field of Patent Translation?

What sets our translators apart in the area of patent translations is attorney supervision of these translations. The quality assurance process that goes into every patent translation is the work of six-sigma-certified managers and a cutting-edge ISO consultant committee, with participation in ASTM’s and CEN’s standard-defining committees. In addition, experts and linguists possess court certifications, special clearances and regularly certify the quality and accuracy of their translations. Our translators consistently receive top quality assurance scores on objective tests from the world’s leading consumers and judges of patent translation related services.

What is your Price Advantage?

You will be charged per word in a transparent manner; there are no project management fees. What many other companies bill as rush jobs are performed as standard work orders. Estimates are provided at no cost. The price advantage is considerable.

Can You Handle Patent Filing as well as Translation all over the world?

Yes. We have a network of associates around the world. We can arrange to get patents translated and filed across a spectrum of countries on an immediate basis.

What About Deadlines and Meeting Client’s Special Needs?

We specialize in meeting deadlines others can’t and are geared toward meeting the needs of clients in rush situations. And at a price that takes away a good amount of the stress involved in a rush situation. The project managers and sales representatives we employ function on an “always available” basis. We work closely with our clients to tailor the patente translation services to the needs of the individual client and to coordinate information flow and access so that clients can easily track and share documents as well as know the status of the translation project.
